What does a Bach Flower consultation involve?

In a Bach Flower consultation you can discuss with me in a confidential, supportive environment how you are feeling and experiencing your life at the moment. Based on our conversation, at the end of the consultation, I will make up an individual remedy mixture suitable for your specific needs for you to take home. The remedy mixture consists of a 30 ml treatment bottle which includes up to seven Bach Flower Remedies, filtered water and some drops of brandy. (If adding of alcohol is not wanted or if children or animals are treated, the mixture can be made without adding brandy, but please remember to store the treatment bottle in the fridge).

The remedy is taken orally for as long as required. Usually, a treatment bottle lasts 2-3 weeks, after which it is advisable to have a follow-up consultation in which we can together reassess your current situation. Based on the new information, I will valuate how the remedies have worked for you. In each follow-up consultation, you will get a new remedy bottle which is made again according to your situation and which usually contains at least some of the previous remedies and additionally new remedies which you hadn't used before.
